DO I HAVE TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No—you do not need an account with Natasha Kamal in order to shop with us.
However, registering for an account with us is easy and provides you with the following benefits:

WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF AN ITEM IS ON PRE- ORDER?
Pre-order merchandise is any item that is available for sale but has not yet been received by our distribution centre. Or, that has sold out and is being restocked.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You may cancel your order 2 days after placing the order. As soon as the product has been processed, our exchange policy will apply. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. Natasha Kamal has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.
HOW CAN I CHOOSE THE CURRENCY I PAY IN?
You can choose the currency of your choice by clicking the currency option at the top left-hand corner of the screen. You can also choose the currency of your choice on the product detail page.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking your order with natashakamal.com is easy! Simply go to the “Track Your Order” page. Please note you will require your order number and email address to check the status of your order.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE AND HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?
You will be able to see an estimated arrival date for your order during the checkout process. For more information on delivery and to see shipping charges to your destination, please view our shipping information page.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Natasha Kamal does not offer a refund policy however, if you wish to exchange any product within 14 days, you can contact our customer service centre by emailing us at Info@natashakamal.com or can call us at +92-304-4444026 Please note, you will need your order reference number for our customer care representative to schedule the pick-up service.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED ONLINE TO A NATASHAKAMAL CONCESSION OR RETAIL STORE?
Unfortunately, natashakamal.com is unable to process returns for items purchased at NATASHAKAMAL stores through our Web returns centre.
