However, registering for an account with us is easy and provides you with the following benefits:
Pre-order merchandise is any item that is available for sale but has not yet been received by our distribution centre. Or, that has sold out and is being restocked.
You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will apply. Natasha Kamal has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.
You can choose the currency of your choice by clicking the currency option at the top left-hand corner of the screen. You can also choose the currency of your choice on the product detail page.
Tracking your order with natashakamal.com is easy! Simply go to the “Track Your Order” page. Please note you will require your order number and email address to check the status of your order.
You will be able to see an estimated arrival date for your order during the checkout process. For more information on delivery and to see shipping charges to your destination, please view our shipping information page.
Natasha Kamal does not offer a refund policy however, if you wish to exchange any product within 14 days, you can contact our customer service centre by emailing us at (email) or can call us at (customer services no.) Please note, you will need your order reference number for our customer care representative to schedule the pick-up service.
Click on ‘Forgot Password’ available at the sign-in page. Enter your email address and click on ‘Submit’. A set of instructions will be sent to your registered email to re-set your password. After your credentials have been verified, you will be able to create a new password.
Unfortunately, natashakamal.com is unable to process returns for items purchased at NATASHAKAMAL stores through our Web returns centre.
